What's the Crack? Thank you for your interest in purchasing from The Bespoke Revamp Academy to complete one of our courses; While we believe in keeping things clear and friendly, we do need to make you aware of our T&Cs.
These Terms and Conditions are here to make sure we're all on the same page and can enjoy a smooth and pleasant course experience together, so please read them carefully and do let us know if you have any questions.
Payment:
A full monetary payment must be made in advance of your course commencement date. You can purchase your items using a credit card (via Stripe, Google Pay etc). You can also do a bank transfer – get in touch if this is your preferred method of payment.
If the course start date is sixty (60) days or more on the day you make your booking, then we will accept a deposit* of €100.00, and the final balance must be paid within fourteen (14) days of the course commencement date.
*Please contact us for your deposit booking code / If your final balance is not paid fourteen (14) days before the commencement of the course start date, your place will be cancelled on the course, and no refunds or exchanges will be available.
Cancellations:
We do not want you to cancel, however, we understand that these things can happen If you need to cancel and you would like to transfer your booking to a different course* date or transfer your booking to a third party, we will do this free of charge for you, however, we do not offer any monetary refunds.
Course changes must take place up to fourteen (14) days before your original course commencement date. If you have to cancel a booking, but you can't decide on which course you would like to do, or you don't have a third party to take over your booking, then we can provide you with a gift voucher instead of the full value of your original payment.
If you are transferring your booking to a third party and if there is an increase in price from your original course, then you or the third party will be obliged to pay the price difference.
As we run small group classes and In the event, that The Bespoke Revamp Academy needs to cancel, we reserve the right to cancel any course up to seven (7) days before the course commencement date if we do not receive adequate numbers for that course taking place.
In the improbable event that we do need to cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund back to you within the standard bank transfer time of seven to ten (7-10) working days.
The Bespoke Revamp Academy takes significant care to guarantee that all courses we operate for bookings are arranged and promoted with the expectation of sufficient demand. However, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we do appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this.
The Bespoke Revamp Academy will endeavour to ensure that all our courses and delivery times are carried out to the expectation of the customer, however, In the event of serious accidents or extreme circumstances. The Bespoke Revamp Academy will continue to ensure that all courses are done to the best of our ability, and each customer will be notified as soon as any situation arises.
The Bespoke Revamp Academy will give no refunds in the event of course times being delayed.

What to wear:
Please wear suitable clothing for the classes. We’ll get paint and sanding dust on ourselves, so wear something old for the duration of your course or bring an apron.
